Filipinos have a wicked sense of humor. We really do. We LOVE to laugh!

And we especially love to laugh at ourselves and each other. It’s not malicious in any way. If anything, it’s a way to lighten the burdens of life while connecting on a level that is full of lightness and joy.

Filipino-American comedian Jo Koy has been making the world belly laugh since he started his stand-up career in Las Vegas coffee shops in the early 90s.

Today, Jo is at the height of his career and not just because he’s a lucky guy. He worked hard. Like “going door-to-door to sell tickets” type hard.
