All Saints’ Day

During my trip to Mexico City, I couldn’t help but take the chance to learn more about a special holiday known as Dia de Muertos.
Main reason being, this same celebration is also honored in the Philippines. 🇲🇽 ❤️ 🇵🇭
Known as Undas or All Saints’ Day among Filipinos, this is the one chance every year that the souls of our ancestors get to cross back into the realm of the living and spend time together with us.
With the help of Adrian from Eat Mexico Food Tours and my friends Miguel, David and Tige, today’s video is all about the beautiful meaning of this holiday.

As an added bonus, you’ll see footage from my visit to San Andrés Mixquic, one of the iconic villages where Dia de Muertos is celebrated to its fullest.
